Thank you for applying to be a vendor at our upcoming Holiday Fundraiser for MIOpera. Vendors who sign up will donate back to MIOpera 20 percent of their total sales (pre-tax) at the end of the Craft Fair.

Small Table/Booth: 8 x 6: $25.00*
*We will provide a linen covered table/booth for you to use.
Once we review your application, we will send you further instructions about payment and final confirmation of your participation.
